Richmond, the capital of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is a city rich in history and culture and a modern epicenter of finance and law. The Idlewood Avenue/Graywood Avenue area of Richmond is considered one of the more affordable areas. These are mostly small homes and apartments (single-family dwellings, some high rises and some small apartment complexes). This neighborhood is known as mostly artsy and very walkable neighborhood area with rental prices on the low side compared with the state average.
