• one bedroom apartments are 630 sq. ft. for $770 a month with a $400 deposit
• two bedroom one bath apartments are 890 sq. ft. for $800 a month with a $500 deposit
• two bedroom two bath apartments are 950 sq. ft. for $830 a month with a $500 deposit
• two bedroom two bath with washer/dryer conections are 950 sq. ft. for $870 a month with a $500 deposit
• three bedroom two bath with washer/dryer connections are 1150 sq. ft. for $930 a month with a 6500 deposit

There is a $45 dollar non-refundable application fee and a security deposit is required.

Owner pays water, basic expanded cable, internet, wastewater and trash. The resident pays electric.
