But just because you’re on a tight budget, doesn't mean you can’t experience some of the greatness. Before you heat up your ramen tonight, check out these 6 places to grab dinner for less than $10.

Al’s Italian Beef

Al’s iconic Italian Beef was voted one of America’s Top 10 Sandwiches by Travel Leisure Magazine, and once you try it, you’ll know why. Besides grabbing a perfectly spiced Italian Beef Sandwich ($5.25) and fries ($1.95), choose from other affordable items like an Italian Sausage sandwich ($3.90), Cheese and Pepper Sandwich ($3.95) and a Tamale ($1.95).

Zizi’s Cafe

You’ll find authentic Turkish and Mediterranean food at this Lakeview restaurant. Try the Lamb Doner Kebab with pita, yogurt sauce, onions, tomatoes, red cabbage and romaine ($6.95)

Smaller options include Falafel with tahini yogurt sauce ($3.95), Couscous Salad ($4.25), Dolma, which are grape leaves stuffed with rice ($4.25).
