Video Walkthroughs

We're continually adding walk-through videos to our website! We now have representative video walk-throughs for types of apartments in almost all of our buildings (you can also view short summertime courtyard/building videos on the main information pages for our Eastwood Square, Belle Plaine Manor and Eastwood-Lincoln Place buildings).

We're Flower and Eco-Friendly

Each May, we plant hundreds of beautiful flowers around each of our buildings (for tenants to enjoy through spring, summer and fall) and our building engineers water the flowers and lawns for our Chicago buildings with faucet timers whenever possible in order to save water. In addition, our building engineers use organic fertilizers on our building lawns whenever possible. We've also switched over to "single-stream" recycling containers (which are picked up by special Recycling trucks each week) at all of our Chicago buildings, which will complement the front and back hallway light photocell timers, energy-efficient boilers and hot water tanks, thermopane window installations, reflective roof coatings and the energy-saving front and back hallway (and apartment kitchen) fluorescent light fixtures we've been using for several years now!
