Four stars for location and price. Although  I live in one that has not been upgraded so the price reflects that. Have enjoyed the 4 plus years of living here. Pretty quiet and peacefull. Washer/dryer in unit is super convenient.

However, so many new apartments are being built that I am going to check out options. I think some of the work that is done on these apartments is.done cheaply and it looks it too. Kind of unfortunate. I do not consider these apartments luxury apartments at all. With all the new construction of luxury apartments going on, either ill move out to a brand spanking new place even though ill be paying  150 bucks more perhaps, or maybe the Clarendon will make a fair market analysis and realize they need to modify their pricing to reflect a nice apartment price, and not a luxury apartment price because their is nothing luxurious here. Heck the "gym" has equipment that must be at least 10 years old. Some of it should not even being displayed and allowed.for use as it doesnt even.work properly.

in a nutshell, it's been a decent place to live but there are many new, nicer options that might need to be explored.
