My boyfriend and I have been living here for almost a year now and absolutely love it! Our apartment is gorgeous--love the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, the layout, and the space we have which is rare for the area. The location is great with a 15 minute walk to the metro, an awesome gym, pool, and a Starbucks connected to the building (plus Bozellis is right there!) and lots of good restaurants in walking distance. High line R&R is a new fun bar that opened up this past week, which has been great. They even have awesome events in this apartment complex, such as a holiday party and wine tasting events.

We have had a few slight issues with maintenance especially when we first moved in but found that when we directly contacted management, our issues were quickly resolved.
