This 4 stars rating is just for the reaction speed by replying to the previous review, which I think at least they do care about reviews.

I do receive a phone call and a voice message from Crystal House management team two days ago. I do acknowledge this is a good time to communicate with them and tell them all the issues and concerns. However, I haven't got a chance to talk on the phone during the working hours yet.
