Important note: Unlike most condo/apartment rentals, prices with this web site already include all water and electricity charges for your stay. That means there are no surprises or extra charges at checkout -- none. So you can rent with no worries! I try to make your vacation/holiday as easy and stress free as possible.

**WIFI internet is included in your condo rental. All of my short term rentals include a dedicated DSL line.
