A family friendly, spacious 3 bedroom family apartment, set in secure quiet tropical gardens. Its large terrace overlooks the complex s 2 pools one of which is a children s pool.

Nestled in the hills, yet close to many beaches and surrounded by beautiful and well-kept gardens with two beautiful swimming pools (one for children), is Los Altos De Lunymar a family friendly and fenced apartment complex of 90 spacious 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with large terraces. You have a private underground parking with allocated parking place (No. 28) at your disposal, directly located near the elevator, which leads directly to the apartment.

Our property is a spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment, located on the first floor, benefiting from the sun from morning to approx. 4 hours in the afternoon on the terrace in front and from around noon until sundown on the rear terrace, so you and your family can, if desired, live, relax and eat outdoors.

This is an ideal base for exploring the coast and its many attractions or the famous white Hill towns such as Ronda and Casares.

Some of our satisfied guests say: We have several delicious summer holidays celebrated in Los Altos de Lunymar and this apartment is one of the best, we have visited. The rooms are very spacious and there was enough room for us and our son Bailey. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautiful towels were provided, for us to use in the apartment. The terrace is huge and perfect for sunbathing during the day and in the evening barbecue. The great dinerset on the terrace is meant for having a relaxed breakfast and has space enough to also be able to invite our friends comfortably for dinner. The kitchen has all the equipment, which we needed and there was enough work surface for us, on which we could place the equipment, which we needed to prepare the food for Bailey. Outside we have all enjoyed the stay at the pools and gardens. It was very useful for us that there was a children s pool available. The owner was very accessible and happily he answered all our questions prior to our visit. It is a beautiful area for families to visit and we have particularly enjoyed our day out on Selwo wildlife park, only about 3 minutes away from the apartment. We had also enjoyed a delicious meal at Laguna Village on our last evening. I can recommend each family to visit the Costa del Sol and in particular this apartment in Estepona.

The apartment is an excellent base to explore Puerto Banus, Marbella or Estepona and if you are really adventurous, then Gibraltar is also easy to reach. There are many restaurants, spas and of course beautiful beaches close by and ideal for a romantic sunset walk.

Shops, restaurants and beaches are close by and you can explore many beautiful coastal towns. Car rental, parking etc. was easy and convenient. Transfer from the airport of Malaga is well attainable within the hour.

Day trips to Gibraltar, Sevilla and many beautiful mountain towns and villages with beautiful landscape, are all possible.

My family stayed in Los Altos de Lunymar from 20 – 29 December. Our sons are 22 and 19 years old and the location was perfect for us and they found enough activities in the immediate neighbourhood to enjoy themselves. The local people are very friendly and communication is not a problem, because simple English is well understood by a large part of the population. The apartment had the perfect dimensions for us with both boys in separate rooms. The apartment gives a very spacious feel to all guests. The Marina of Estepona is a lovely place to walk around with a lot of restaurants and the Sunday market has a nice atmosphere. The local road network is good and it took us less than an hour to reach Gibraltar and the trip to Tarifa is spectacular. This area of Spain has some very beautiful scenic landscapes.

Los Altos De Lunymar is located to the West of Marbella in Estepona, a quiet coastal town with a beautiful wide sandy beach, well-known for the fact that it retained its Spanish character with plenty of tapas bars and restaurants. You only need a short drive to the elegant beach resort Laguna Village with designer shops, restaurants and beach clubs.

Your family will find plenty of entertainment on a few steps from the apartment. Only three minutes drive away is Selwo Adventure Park, where exotic animals live in semi-wild conditions and there are many activities and adventures to experience for anyone who is interested. You are just minutes away from 3 beautiful beaches with bars, restaurants and many activities. There is the Blue Dolphin Beach Club which offers a great atmosphere and Mediterranean and international menus and where you also can take part in Dolphin Jeep Eco tours water sports. Sky Beach is a quiet beach for those of you, who want to escape the crowds. Heaven has a chic Chiringito, which serves a fantastic Mediterranean menu. Sonora Beach is an amazingly refreshing addition to the area with its chilled out, laid back and funky set-up. You have everything at your fingertips and don t have to go anywhere else. But if you want you can drive along the coast towards Malaga, where you will find a series of theme parks, including the Aquapark and crocodile park in Torremolinos and the aqua park and Karting in Mijas Costa; Fuengirola Zoo and Sea life Centre and Aquarium on Benelmadena and Marbella. For the more active among you there is Funny Beach of Marbella and Guadalmina CableSki in less than 10 minutes away.

You can also just stay in the apartment and relax on the terrace of 51 m 2 with views of the gardens and pools, so you can keep an eye on the children as they play. Or you can relax in the gardens at the swimming pools in Los Altos, or on the nearby beaches with their many beach bars and restaurants. The Costa del Sol has over 300 days of sunshine a year and the winters are usually warm and mild, which makes it really an all year round destination.

The apartment is only a short walk from La Resina Golf Country Club, where you can also enjoy the public restaurant. There are other restaurants within a few minutes by car or reachable in 5/20 minutes walk. You have a choice of supermarkets easily accessible within a short drive, while less than a 10-minute drive away one of the regions premier Thalasso and SPA hotels, The Selenza is and the world famous Los Flamingos golf course. Banks, shops, restaurants and bars are also within walking distance.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds each. There can easily sleep 6 persons. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and 2 double wardrobes en suite, complete with hangers and a bathroom en suite with a bath and a private toilet. Each bedroom has its own hairdryer and wardrobes and there is a second bathroom with guest toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a large living/dining room, plus a large terrace with a table and chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue for outdoor living. If you must stay in the apartment, you have satellite tv and a CD/DVD.

On arrival at the apartment you will be received by our local agent, who will explain how everything in the apartment works and who will give you any information, you may need about the accommodation itself and the surrounding area. This service is included in the rental price, at least if you arrive within our agent office hours i.e. Monday-Saturday between 08:00 – 20:00. However, if you arrive at the apartment or leave the apartment outside this timeperiod then you will have to pay an extra Meet and Greet fee of €. 35,--per visit. Keep this in mind when booking your flights. Also an extra visit of our agent, requested by you will be charged with this Meet and Greet fee of €. 35,--. You also will be given a mobile phone number of our local agent, who you can inform, as you leave the airport, direction the apartment and who you can reach in case of emergency situations.
