The spacious 1500 sq ft duplex apartment is on the third and fourth floors of our New York City brownstone and features large flat screen TVs, a computer and free Wifi. The sun drenched open plan living room, dining room and kitchen on the top floor are beautifully furnished with an artist designed dining table, modern sofas and Persian carpets. The large living area opens onto a furnished rooftop garden with breathtaking views of the downtown Manhattan skyline.

This NYC vacation rental apartment comfortably accommodates seven guests. The master bedroom suite offers a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and a view of the ancient Sophora tree in our garden. The light filled second bedroom offers two high quality twin beds ( or 1 king bed), large closet and an en-suite bathroom. The small third bedroom with a window overlooking the garden, sleeps two guests in a comfortable double bed. One to two guests can sleep on the day bed in the upstairs living area. The modern, glass and marble, main bathroom is equipped with a high-pressure shower, a hair dryer, a large bathtub and has a second entrance from the hall. Every apartment is furnished with a washer and dryer.

The modern chef's kitchen overlooking the roof garden has honey maple wood cabinets with black granite counters and is equipped with new stainless steel appliances — a gas cooking range, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, tea kettle and toaster.
