SOMERSET APARTMENTS (74 units, Hollywood):

The office of the building is open from 8am-5pm, seven days a week to provide service for the tenants.

Apartment rentals are from $700-$900. Three months free parking is included.

A significant number of our tenants have been with us for many years.

Our tenancy comprises the full spectrum of respectable and responsible individuals in all walks of life. They are Professionals, Business people, Actors, Movie studio personnel, Film students, (Two major film Schools are close) College students, Retirees, etc.

Neither Smoking nor pets are permitted.

All “Single Apartments” have a separate Kitchen, Bathroom, Living room, Murphy Bed closet, Dressing room area, One or more spacious Clothes Closets. The full sized Murphy bed, residing in its fully concealed closet, extends into the living room. The Murphy Bed contains a double size box spring/inner spring mattress/new mattress cover. Each kitchen contains a two chair dinette set, refrigerator, gas range, kitchen cabinets, Large Corian Granite style Sink Counter.

Prior to move-in the carpet and furnishings are professionally high pressure steam cleaned.

You will note the exemplary condition of the building, apartment, and furnishings.

Tenants may park a bike in the parking lot’s secure Bike Rack.

The Somerset is located at 6075 Franklin Avenue (The corner of Franklin and Gower) in the best, most popular area of Hollywood. (South of the Hollywood Hills sign) Famous “Hollywood and Vine” is just a few minutes away. There is shopping, restaurants, theaters, banking, gyms, and much more, all within walking distance. The Somerset Apts. is close to the Metro rail and the Hollywood Freeway. The city bus lines stop at the front of the building. Visit the nearby “Red Carpet” Annual Academy Award Presentations.
