Beautiful historic building in the heart of San Clemente. Great views of the ocean from my apartment! Plus, Liz is an awesome property manager! She takes care of any building issues quickly and really brings tenants together by holding events and get together a for us. My favorites are movie night and thanksgiving dinner.

It is a joy to live in such a historic building in the heart of San Clemente village where one is in walking distance to everything you need, from the cafe on 1st floor to the deli and meat market across the street and let's not forget only 10 minute walk to the beach.

I work in San Clemente for about an year and half, i've always wanted to move to Hotel San Clemente Apartment because it's like 500 ft from where i work, and the price is good and the size is also good for a single person like me. and god u can't beat the view

From time to time they would put out the signs saying it's now leasing. but whenever i go, she always says there is no notice turned in to move out. so i asked why did they have the sign out, she replied they always have the now leasing sign out front. which is totally false i walk by there every single work day to get my lunch around the area. every single day. less than 1/10 of the time i see the signs out.

so i decided to test it out by asking one of my white coworkers to check it out, and without any surprise to me. they have rooms available for him.

so ya. wth? if i can give a negative 5 star review that would be great. but too bad i can't.
