Renters are invited to use my website FREE of charge to find a home. These rentals are generally listed once or twice a week. Hopefully this will work for the majority of renters.

My website has been visited nearly 1/4 million times so the competition for rentals is fierce. Consequently, renters may choose to use my Priority Service in that it provides renters with quicker access to listings. This is a substantial advantage since it allows renters to obtain information on newly listed properties as soon as they become available. Dax will e-mail newly listed rentals promptly as they become available, before they are posted on my website.
