"Coming from the east coast, renting an apartment this large, beautiful, with such well kept grounds and a pool, would cost you double or triple than it does here, so in my eyes this place was a steal. It's 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Tempe, 8 minutes to old town, and 10 minutes to Phoenix. Pretty much the best location. Also it's on the greenbelt so it's awesome for dog owners and anyone who likes to exercise. "

". The unit itself is spacious, I received many compliments from friends about the size and comfort. The location is 5*, a very short taxi or UBER to old town, or Tempe. The pool is 5* as well, spacious and they always have a good mix of music playing. Staff is friendly, attentive and responds promptly to any requests. "

It's pet friendly and within 10 minutes of 3 different dog parks. The grounds are very nice with a great pool and I love the layout of my apartment. "
