Soho Apartments, Houses, Sublets, RoomsSize 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Description Listing 2602319 Description Im looking for a third roommate to sublet a bedroom in a beautiful, newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Nolita. The apartment is a large (approx 1,100 sq ft), sunny, corner unit, with windows in every rooms. The bedroom has a large built-in closet and can easily fit a queen bed + side tables + dresser with extra space. The living room will be furnished and the bedroom can be furnished with a bed frame and side tables. The building has an elevator, doorman, laundry and a private garden. Nolita is personally my favourite area in all of Manhattan, right on the border of Soho/East Village/Greenwich Village. There are amazing restaurants and bars just minutes from our door while still being in a peaceful and clean neighbourhood. To add, the apartment has some of the best subway access anywhere in Manhattan, with the 6/N/R/B/D/F/M/J/Z all within a 3 minute walk. A bit about me: Im a 25 year old responsible in finance. Im originally from London, but moved stateside for college and have been here since. I love to travel, go on outdoorsy day trips, go to concerts and music festivals, and try New Yorks many delicious restaurants. I also like to have friends over for dinner or a relaxed wine and cheese night, and watching a good TV show or movie with some popcorn on a weeknight. Im looking for a clean roommate, no smokers, no pets, and hopefully a second new friend to share this fabulous apartment with! Renter should have a day job. Rent is $2,200/month. This excludes cable and ConEd, which will be split evenly amongst all 3 of us. There is a one month broker fee, to cover a part of the larger broker fee that I already paid. Move in is on or after Dec 1st.
