Our tenants range in age from Students, who are experiencing their first time away from home and embarking on a new life filled with making new choices, to young adults, starting a new career or new job, to our treasured senior citizens who add joy, humor and stability to our community.

Efficiency Units consist of one approximately 12×12 room with a private bathroom. They are furnished with a single bed, dresser, desk/chair, bookcase, closet/wardrobe, nightstand, small refrigerator and TV. A kitchen is shared and has a microwave, stove/oven, sink, cabinets, table and chairs. (Note: each apartment has own refrigerator in the apartment)

Studio units consist of two approximately 12×12 rooms: kitchen/living room combination and separate bedroom plus bathroom. These units are attractively furnished and are ideal for one person.

• One and Two Bedroom Apartments

Consists of three approximate 12×12 rooms: kitchen, living room, bedroom plus bathroom. It is available either furnished or unfurnished. All units have decks or access to the courtyard. Two bedroom units are similar in size except for the additional bedroom.
