Wicker Park

It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has many beautiful historic buildings that showcase some of Chicago’s renowned turn of the century architecture. The neighborhood of Wicker Park is known for its diverse residents, art galleries, boutiques, restaurants and thriving night life. Chicago’s Blue Line EL train makes two stops in Wicker Park. With its namesake park in its center, Wicker Park is a truly wonderful neighborhood to call home.

Village

Ukrainian Village is the neighborhood immediately south of Wicker Park and is a more affordable alternative. It is located just 5 minutes northwest of downtown Chicago and the Loop. UK Village has many beautiful historic buildings that showcase some of Chicago’s renowned turn of the century architecture and is known for its diverse residents, well kept buildings with well manicured lawns and restaurants & thriving night life. Ukrainian Village is close to the Metra, is served by both the Chicago Avenue bus line and the Western Avenue bus line and is not far from the Blue Line EL train.

Noble Square is the neighborhood located immediately south and east of Ukrianian Village and Wicker park. Noble Square is located just 3 minutes northwest of downtown Chicago and the Loop. Noble Square has many beautiful historic buildings that showcase some of Chicago’s renowned turn of the century architecture and is known for its diverse residents, close proximity to downtown, its restaurants, and thriving night life. Chicago’s Blue Line EL train stops at Chicago Ave. and Milwaukee Ave. in Noble Square.

We are a small family owned business and our team of hard working staff members has been with us for years and because of this we work well together and provide a personal touch.  We are neither a management company nor a rental agency but instead own and operate all of the buildings on this website.  We are very responsive to any and all issues and we pride ourselves on our outstanding service and our ability to be flexible and accommodating to our tenants many of whom who have been with us for years.  We are routinely complimented for our exceptional service, and have an unusually high tenant retention rate because of our exceptional service and the exceptional apartments we own.  And, we have used the same maintenance and construction people for years so that you can have piece of mind, feel secure, and things are taken care of quickly and properly.
