Its top floor situation makes this a rather special location, with its breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Although very close to all the amenities (countless restaurants, cafes and bars), it is far enough away not to be disturbed by any negative noise factors. This apartment is in block of 3 only, again making this accommodation very attractive. A 4 minute walk to the beach lift, a few more minutes walk to the Old Town Square. Willing to spread payments into 3 installments if reserved long time ahead. This is our 4th visit to one of Andy's apartments and they have all been absolutely spotless and comfortable with everything you will need for your stay. Andy's pick up and drop off at the airport just takes away the hassle when you land, and of course there is always Andys `banter' to look forward to as well. Fishermans beach and the Old Town Square are 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and the swimming pool is only a short distance too. We love the Algarve and have been visiting for years but we always come back to Albufeira and Andy apartment. Too many lovely restaurants to mention but a favourite of ours is the Bailote, the lamb is fantastic. Again, too many good pubs to visit but our favourite is Harrys on the square. Did you find this review helpful? Our first time to Portugal and we were not disappointed. Andy really is on the ball the booking process was simple, quick and very efficient. The appartment is very spacious, well equipped and spotless. It has everything you need for a fantastic holiday and Andy was at the other end of the phone if you needed anything, one time he provided directions to the closest taxi rank. Andy also picked us up from the airport and as promised, due to our late flight, provided a much appreciated welcome pack. We nearly missed out on this fab appartment because I had my reservations about the pool. So glad we booked, the pool is only a short walk away, professionally managed and at times it was like having your own private pool. We will highly recommend this appartment to family and friends.

Nice walking distance into the old town, so many places to eat and Andy picked us up at the airport so no hassle with hire car etc! The best equipped apartment we have ever been in with everything you could want - including excellent wifi for keeping in touch with family.

The apartment has everything you need and has a lovely balcony with stunning views. The location is perfect with shops, the beach and a beautiful pool only a 10 minute walk away. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in Albufeira. Hope to return next year.

The owner Andy was great as usual.He is always at the end of the phone and nothing is too much trouble. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The views across Albufeira are breathtaking and the marina is a short walk away with lots of different types of boat trip available. We enjoy walking and there are many places to explore on foot.

LocationActivity and Interests4 min walk ( approximately 250m) to Old Town beach of Albufeira. Faro Airport is 30 min from the apartment, car hire not necessary, pick up from airport is arranged on request for a small fee, delivered to door with keys! Alternatively arrangements are made to meet you at apartment or close by, if you choose to hire a car! Algarve Shopping complex is 5 min taxi drive away, 25 min from Portimao, 25 min to historical Silves, 40 min to Lagos, 40 min to mountains of Monchique. 10 min to ZooMarine, 15 min to Water Parks. ATMs, supermarkets and banks within 500m. Booking Notes: 100 pounds security deposit taken on arrival! We ask you to advise of any breakages and pay for their replacement. Euros also accepted at current conversion rates. Wi fi in the apartment is optional from 15 euros for duration of your stay, paid locally. Will consider less than a weeks stay, but may involve a surcharge which will be quoted in full and in reply to the Customers inquiry! Optional payment methods, bank transfers or cheque. Total of 700 free payment protection with Owners Direct if payment made with these options.
Notes on prices: Prices are based on up to 4 persons, each person over 4 charged at supplement of 25 per wk. Euros can also be accepted. Owner's Cancellation PolicyPlease ask the owner or check their rental agreement when booking the property.
