We didn't find the place as bad as the last review, but it was still pretty bad and disappointing. The place is extremely old and dingy and looks nothing like the pictures. For example, it is pictured with 4 kitchen chairs but we only had 1 kitchen chair. The furniture in the pictures look new but definitely were very old because the fabric color was dull and had black markings. The place also looks a lot bigger than you would think.

We also kept our shoes on the entire time because we felt grossed out. You could tell the hardwood flooring has been worn out and it doesn't seem like it has ever been cleaned thoroughly.

The kitchen didn't have many utensils and all the pots were scratched up (I would not cook in those).

The place said there's AC but there's really only an AC machine in the main area and the bedroom with two double beds. The rest of the house was pretty hot, including the bathrooms. Air quality wasn't very good.

The green couch is a pull out bed but apparently it felt like sleeping on a metal box.

I didn't feel like I was really deceived in any way; it just wasn't what I was expecting. However, the only good thing is that the location of the place is pretty convenient. Maria, the property owner, was also helpful and responsive whenever I called her. We didn't really mind staying here because our main reason was to go out and party in Ocean City. If you're looking for a nice, relaxing vacation, this probably isn't the place for you.
