Its a large-small company with great opportunity to advance! Great values and great people! I did an internship and I'm now pursing an MIT position. Love it so far and can't wait to see where it takes me! Locations all over the US. Really get to know everyone, including area directors and top managers. Huge growth!

Cons

Lots of busy work so it can be stressful at times but the days fly by! May be put into uncomfortable situations with residents, especially with evictions. Lots of learning/training for entry level.

Pros

As an intern from Wisconsin, they provided me with an apartment in Denver where I was working for the summer. They enabled me in every way to succeed by filling my basic living needs and by supplying superior training and work experience. I was treated as an equal and was given respect in the office. The staff were all highly encouraging and made this experience valuable and a ton of fun.
