I have been living here for at least 7 months now, and wanted to save the review for this place after having moved in and time spent here.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you have any questions, they are prompt with responses. Maintenance -- Those gentlemen are very busy, however if there s any problems that arise, they are right on it, and make sure the job is done successfully. The community is very kind, and there hasn t been any disturbances from neighnors since I ve moved in.

My husband, daughter, dog and I moved to Timber Ridge in January after selling our Pearl Condo. It was meant as a short-term solution, however has turned out to be a fantastic location to call home. Three main reasons why:

Timber Ridge Staff

The Staff here is absolutely fantastic. They know all of the residents names and greet us warmly when we walk into the office or see us walking around the community. They even remember my dog s name! Whenever there is a repair need, the maintenance staff gets on it IMMEDIATELY. They are so fast, respectful and patient with any request you might have. Not only that, they treat you as owners, not renters, with such appreciation and sense of community.

Timber Ridge Community

The community is vibrant, safe, quiet, respectful and family-oriented. On walks with dogs, kids or loved ones, neighbors greet everyone with a smile and a hello. People care to get to know one another yet respect each other. There are parks for kids to play on, plenty of doggy stations and a small little trail system that winds around wetlands with plenty of wildlife. On top of that, in just a few months, the shopping center will be open within walking distance from the apartment homes, making grocery-runs very convenient. Rumor has it a Barre studio is also going in.

The Units

The apartment homes themselves are nice and spacious. It s obvious that people care for their homes, and people treat them like their own. The garages are very spacious, making for excellent storage (or parking), and there is plenty of street parking. While you re not downtown, you still have easy access to the freeway and to major shopping centers, all for great rates you d never find downtown.

My *only* complaint is that there s a water feature at one of the parks that hasn t worked all summer. It s my understanding that it s maintained by Tualatin Hills Parks Rec, so it s not the fault of Timber Ridge (but still, it would have been nice to have this summer)

In Summary - if you re looking for a safe, friendly, welcoming, relaxed, beautiful and community-based place to call home, Timber Ridge is a fantastic option.
