This is an incredible FREE service. I was offered a job in Dallas to start in one month and was nervous about finding the perfect apartment for my fiance and I without having a chance to view the apartments beforehand. Rich was super helpful. He called me 15 minutes after we requested his services (well after business hours) and gave us results within 24 hours. He also replied to any and all questions that we had regarding the area, the clientele living in the apartments, the new fixtures, and what apartment is the best bang for your buck. He even walked over to the leasing office of the apartment we chose on a Saturday afternoon to initiate the application process for us.

We were able to find the perfect apartment and apply within 3 days and are extremely pleased with the apartment Rich found for us. We also were not charged the deposit, administration fees, or pet deposits for the apartment building, which we believe can be credited to Rich.
