Update: The air conditioning problem has improved quite a bit, with more access to cool air than before.  This change, in conjunction with the free yoga classes offered biweekly for residents, has led me to bump up my star rating to 5 for 215 West.  Well done, 215 West.

One thing that could improve is the relatively frequent shutting off of hot water during the daytime. what s the deal?  It seems too frequent for a new building to need such frequent repairs.  There has to be a way to perform those repairs overnight when 99.9% of people won t be needing hot water.

Thank you for your updated review on Yelp. It is wonderful to hear your satisfaction level has increased. The yoga is a wonderful feature and we hope to add more classes in the near future. The water shut offs this year have been due to locating problems with hot water crossing over into the cold water. In a high rise there are three zones - low, middle and high zone - so it takes several shut offs to determine the location. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
