I would absolutely recommend Chicago Apartments and Condos and will request their services in the furture. My sister and I worked with Owen Bradley about a year ago while searching for an apartment in Chicago. He was very polite, honest and responsive.

We had a limited amount of time to find and sign a lease which was then complicated by the fact that she was living in Wisconsin and I was leaving for Portland for a week during our apartment search. Owen worked around our schedules and kept us updated on any new developments.

I email them at 7:30pm requesting to see a unit they listed on Craigslist.  Emily responds quickly suggesting I see it at 1pm the following day.  The following morning, when I confirm the time, they tell me the unit rented the previous evening, and that because I didn't respond faster, they assumed I wasn't going to confirm.  No mention whatsoever of the fact that they were showing the apartment that evening (I live about 5 houses away from it so could have been there in 2 minutes) or that it was being looked at all, or of the fact that it was rented, and that I shouldn't count on the time the agent suggested.  I try to call to figure out what happened - Emily (presumably unknowingly) hangs up on me.  I try to call again, and go to voicemail.  I try to call the office - nobody picks up.  Who knows.
