Come see what’s new! We’ve started transforming our apartments into breathtaking homes with new, custom interior finishes. These renovations include gorgeous new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and all new fixtures throughout. The Fairways is known for its picturesque setting on the Still Meadow Golf Course and wooded views. To further enhance the charm of our buildings, we’ve painted the exterior and added additional landscaping to our already award winning landscape program. Fairways at Royal Oak allows up to two pets per apartment. There is no weight limit, we do have a breed restriction list. Any aggressive breed is not accepted; Doberman, Pit-Bull, Chow, German Sheppard, Rottweiler. We charge a $300 Non-refundable pet fee for one pet, $400 for two. Pet rent is $20 per month for one pet, $30 per month for two.
