36 New Apartments in EC3!

Following the huge success that was (and is!) City House, we are proud to announce plans for our brand new development just a short walk away on Philpot Lane. Philpot House, directly opposite the new 'Walkie Talkie' skyscraper, is a beautiful 18th Century merchant's house that will be home to 36 top spec apartments - right on our clients' doorstep.
