#Radio City Apartments - Apartments - Theater District - New York, NY - Reviews - Photos Recommended ReviewsThis place is in the heart of downtown. One block from Jimmy Fallon one block from Times Square now about the great place and the great people that work there went out of their way to help us. place was clean had every amenity that you need it. You can t ask for anything more. willing to help you with directions and parking garages with a discount. I will recommend this place to all my family and friends
Great location right near Times Square. These rooms are perfect for staying in New York. It s like your actually living there. Every staff member was super friendly and would help you out find how to get places. We were able to check our bags till later that evening so we didn t have to lug them around with us all over the place. I d stay here again in a New York minute.
Worst hotel (term used as loosely as possible) I ve ever stayed at in NYC. Competitive pricing and location is it s sole reason for the high reviews. Steer clear of room 305, with it s 30minute wait time to get lukewarm water in the tiny bathroom. Its busted smoke detectors that are just there for display. Their ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE staff. Ooooh, that staff. I guess they figured my family and I werent spanish so they proceeded to talk very badly of us and the non-spanish speaking guests as well. The really scummy stuff was being uttered while cleaning the rooms near ours, dont even want to know what they say of other people. 305 is a non-smoking room, we got this because well, we dont like to smell smoke. Well we were able to smell everything else. From cooked food at 6am that we dont know where it was coming from to. other smells that I couldnt/wouldnt/shouldnt identify. Yes, this was with closed windows and doors. Their glorified concierge named carlos figured it was a nice idea to barge into our room without even announcing who he was. Why did this Carlos fella barge into our room you ask? Well because someone in the staff said a guest was smoking in here. So clearly the most professional thing to do is to barge into our room without announcing himself in any way and without inquiring if anyone was still inside maybe showering or getting dressed. Dispicable. Anyway, I understand why folks would stay here. Just beware, because it could so easily be a hellhole. Good luck with those two busted and horribly slow elevators. Was this review ?
