So my complaints are not NEARLY as severe as some that I have read here, but I'd like to share my story all the same- in hopes that I can find some sort of answer/relief to this ongoing problem.

Moved in May 1st. (1) Our lock-box is still attached to our front door. (2) It took a whole month to get trash service. After numerous calls neither AH4R nor Conservice could even tell us who our trash provider was. We did (after accumulating A LOT of trash in our garage, may I add we have a 2 year old in DIAPERS!!) finally get that situation taken care of.

(3) Upon initial inspection it was found that the back door needed new weather stripping in order to fix a hole at the bottom of the back patio door (that was allowing air out and bugs and ants in). After a week of trying to get the repair guy here (. he went to the wrong house, didn't show up for scheduled times only to keep rescheduling) the weather stripping was fixed. However, IT DID NOT FIX THE HOLE IN THE DOOR. He said that he would have to come back 'in a few days' to try to finish the hole at the bottom of the door. I mentioned/showed him the bottom cage to our dishwasher because it was rotted out. During the inspection, the inspector had the dishwasher running, so it was marked on their charts as "working." However, after running my first load of dishes I found weird mold on some of the dishes and proceeded to investigate only to find the bottom was so rotted out with rust that some of the metal cage parts would break off to the simplest touch. He explained that we just needed to send a notice in writing and that he would most likely be able to have one when he returned to fix the bottom of the door. We put it in writing, and received a confirmation email from one of AH4R's office stating that someone would be contacting us "shortly" to follow up on the issue. That was on May 11th. After multiple attempts to get someone on the phone to advise us on what steps we should take for BOTH the door and dishwasher cage, I emailed the representative back and informed her that no one had contacted us. She never replied. So I emailed AH4R management. NEVER heard back from them either. Finally made the 2 hour phone call to AH4R's maintenance line only to find out that both "orders" had been cancelled by management. In management's eyes, the order was for weather-stripping, and they repaired it. After going "crazy" with the agent on the phone she asked if I could send pictures of the door and dishwasher cage- which I did. Of course I had to call her back, but was finally scheduled an appointment for their vendors to come out and assess the problem and take pitures. When the vendors arrived it was found that the door was not properly aligned and that in order to fix the door hole properly, they would have to install a whole new door. They took pictures and said they would put in their recommendation and that someone would contact us back. Of course, two weeks later I'm calling THEM back to see what was going on, and they tell me they want to send the SAME EXACT vendors back to TAKE PICTURES and, wait for it. CHANGE THE WEATHER-STRIPPING. I told them I would contact my property manager (who never answered ANY of my calls, voicemails, or emails up until this point) due to the fact that we were a family of 5 and ALL being affected by these extraneous appointments. These people have received 2 sets of pictures from both myself AND their own vendors, yet want to come back and take more pictures, much less do repair work that was done in week one. Still hadn't heard back from the property manager, so I forwarded the message to our leasing agent at their office. Never heard back from her!

(4) Me and my son have what we are finding out to be "hot tub" rash.."BIO-FILM" How digusting! Other peoples sloughed off skin cells/oil, hair, fecal matter and bodily secretions all brewing in your pipes just waiting to be released into your bath so it can bake in the hot water and seep into your skin pores AND become air-born and get into your lungs to cause respiratory problems- some of which are life-threatening! of course our lease states that ALL SPA TUBS/POOLS MUST BE MAINTAINED BY THE LANDLORD ONLY (WHO'S NON-EXISTENT).

(5) Also, the rental fee on their portal was a higher amount than listed on our lease. THAT took a month to correct.

I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is only my FIRST step in this process. For those without AC, or defecating in a bucket- CALL YOUR LOCAL NEWS CHANNELS! MOST WILL JUMP ON STORIES LIKE YOURS. MAKE IT PUBLIC.

What DO they do. The only time I got multiple calls from them was when we were trying to get our lease electronically signed and our agent called 3 times to ask if we "could please hurry and sign the documents" because there was a contest to sign 100 applicants and it was ending that day!
