My roommate and I lived in Milan Apartments for a year and it was my first time living in Seattle. The location is great and there's a great view of the city from the roof. The original manager, Jennifer, was very unpleasant, as well as, unprofessional. She would only contact us in regards to any issues going on around the property and would continuously ignore our work orders. Toward the end of our lease, however, we received a new manager named Meg and she's absolutely wonderful! We finally received an onsite office where the tenants could drop by and Meg was always readily available. She was making major improvements to the property while we lived there and has prospective plans for further development. I would recommend this property solely based on Meg. She was very attentive to our needs and just a delight to be around. The neighborhood is also great! It was only a 10 minute walk to the main strip in Wallingford or downtown Fremont in the other direction.

YOU ARE BEING TOO LOUD! YOU CAN'T BRING ANIMALS HERE! Wow really? Who are you lady. Those were the first things that came out of her mouth. and it went on. My first thought is who is this crazy lady coming at me screaming and yelling pointing her finger and giving me dirty psycho looks. I was scared for my life and was going to call the police because it felt like she was going to attack me!
