The office staff are friendly and punctual. The maintenance staff are very helpful in fixing issues in a timely manner. My overall experience at the Huntley is very positive. My overall experience at the Huntley is very positive. I have lived in a lot of apartments in the Clear Lake area but the Huntley is where I am most comfortable and am happy to call home.

Since Feb. 15, Management listens to their residents

I have lived here since April 2011, and living here has been ok. But since February 2015, the new management has greatly improved in listening to suggestions from residents. Great Staff, Mediocre Apartment

Pros: We have lived here for about 4 months and haven t had any real problems. Management is reasonable and helpful. The maintenance team is awesome. They are happy to fix or help with anything you need in a timely. Pros: We have lived here for about 4 months and haven t had any real problems. Management is reasonable and helpful. There is ALWAYS available parking, including at least one covered spot for each unit. We love the area. It is right down the street from Fashion Place Mall and within 5 minutes of Target, Walmart, Wheeler Farm (and park), and just about any fast-food you could want. It is also very close to the freeway. The community feels safe. We haven t had anything stolen or heard of any crime. For LDS, the ward here is wonderful. Cons: The apartment itself is just okay. It is old and small for the price. There is hardly enough space in our unit for a dining table. It is not ideal for having more than 2 people over for dinner or anything. The walls are thin and we can often hear our neighbors and their dogs. There are more costs than just rent and utilities. They also make you pay weird fees like pest control and they make you get renter s insurance. The extra fees add around $20-30 to our bill every month. People who live here are mostly friendly but not sociable. There are a lot of smokers and a TON of dogs that poop on the grounds. Most people pick it up, but there is almost always poop somewhere. The fitness center is very small and all the machines are very old and/or broken. None of the weight machines work.

There are a lot of families in Brandywine, which is nice. If you have a downstairs apartment, expect to hear your upstairs neighbors walking and flushing the toilet. The office staff seems very nice for the most part, however, our particular leasing consultant was very frustrating to work with.
