Rome:
Really good location close to Campo Di Fiori with plenty of restaurants. We were able to walk to most places or if not a 10 Euro taxi pretty much covered it which for 4 people wasn't bad at all 19 Campo di Fiori Apartment Residence

The apartment owner was really helpful showing us round when we arrived. Plenty of space for us to relax at the end of a busy day sightseeing!

Florence:
Again really good location just a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio. Plenty of character in this apartment including a secret door to the upstairs 2nd bedroom much to the delight of my sons! 15 Palazzo Oltrarno Apartments

The owners provided a welcome note and a gift of fruit, wine and chocolates which didn't last long and was a nice touch.

Venice:
Fabulous location we had 2 balconies overlooking a quiet canal and were able to watch the gondolas go by which was rather special when we saw a marriage proposal! I think she said yes!

Apartment was very spacious and had a great kitchen area. We were also provided with small sachets of beauty products that were made locally which were lovely!

We had a fabulous time in Italy and all went smoothly, so thank-you for all your help.

Our experience both with you and at 32 Marble Arch budget Flats has been fantastic. Regarding your customer service I can only say that in our interaction you have been extremely responsive, friendly and helpful; I can only thank you so much.

Personnel from reception was very kind and also very helpful, attending our requests. The place itself I consider to be excellent value for money. The room was spacious, well equipped and -except on weekends- with daily cleaning service. My only point is that an extraction device for the kitchenette should be installed to allow a simple cooking without getting the room full of smoke. The location is simply superb.

We were in Dublin for work where we spent 6 weeks here. Our room was great and the staff very kind and ready to assist us whenever we needed anything. Patsy and her staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect for us. Good walking distances to the Dart (Canal Station) where we travelled to work in D n Laoghaire, to St Stephens Green, shopping in Grafton O'Connell Streets and beyond, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs including many of the main museums.
We would definitely here stay again!

Thank you very much, I am very pleased with the choice we have made when booking apartment 16 Lexington at 50th Apart hotel New York through Apartments2book. I have already spread the word and my friend has made a booking for her family through your agency as well. Having free wifi is our favorite perk!
We liked the hotel, it is conveniently located, rooms are spacious and kitchenettes are a blessing for long stays and families with children in general. The only two negative comments I have are (a) small bathrooms in all accommodations and (b) street noise, but then central Manhattan is a noisy place.

The studio on West Newton 10 Back Bay Apartment Collection was in a perfect location! 5 minutes walk to the Prudential Centre which was fantastic!
The studio itself was great however there were a few minor issues so minor I didn't raise them with the letting company. The heat was centrally controlled which meant we couldn't turn it down. It was unbearably hot even after closing the vents. Some nights it was -7c outside and we were sleeping with the bedroom window open. Not ideal as it had a fire escape right outside it. Also the toilet was broken it kept running water constantly until we lifted the back off and fixed it. It would happen every time it was flushed. I would have no hesitation but to book this place again! Bernice
