On June 29, 2015, the NYC Rent Guidelines Board adopted renewal lease guidelines for rent stabilized apartments, lofts and hotels.

You may view and download the Orders and Explanatory Statements detailing the newly enacted and previously issued guidelines for apartments. lofts and hotels in the Rent Guidelines section of our website.

The Rent Act of 2015, effective June 15, 2015, impacts rent regulation in a few ways. Notably, the new law effects calculation of vacancy leases; high-rent deregulation; and Major Capital Improvements (MCI's). To view the new law in its entirety, see our Rent Act of 2015 webpage.
