NEWLY ENACTED RENT GUIDELINES

On June 27, 2016, the NYC Rent Guidelines Board adopted renewal lease guidelines for rent stabilized apartments, lofts and hotels effective October 1, 2016.

You may view and download the Orders and Explanatory Statements detailing the newly enacted and previously issued guidelines for apartments. lofts and hotels in the Rent Guidelines section of our website.

The NYC Rent Guidelines Board offers email notices of upcoming meetings and hearings. • Price Index of Operating Costs
• I ncome and Affordability Stud y
• Changes to the Rent Stabilized Housing Stock in NYC
• Mortgage Survey Report
• Housing Supply Report

All six reports have been released in 2016 and may be read and downloaded in the Housing Research section of our website.
