Pet Policy: $40.00 pet rent. $150 pet deposit. $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Restrictions: Types of animal allowed are: Dogs, cats, birds and fish. There is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Pets over 50 lbs full grown will not be permitted. Breed restrictions in conjunction with the National Apartment Association breed restriction list apply. Pinnacle does not charge deposits, fees or rent for any animals that is approved, assisted animals for a person with a disability; however other restrictions may apply.

Extremely poor communication in general, but especially with regard to move out responsibilities. Terrible mai Read More ntenance and request response times. Office staff lacks professionalism, customer service skills, and attention to detail, i.e. apply rent to incorrect unit and still attempt to collect late fees, etc. They don't have a set policy for anything, i.e. each person within their office will give you a different response when asked the same question.
