I lived here for 2 years and overall I enjoyed my stay. The outside is kept up pretty well and has good curb appeal. It's a pet friendly complex which was a huge bonus for me. Our neighbors were usually nice and quiet but there were times we had issues - but that's a part of apartment living. The down side was maintenance in the apartment. They take forever to fix things and sometimes ignore you completely. There's numerous things that never got fixed despite countless attempts to contact them and get it fixed. They also raise rent pretty high and it's every year that the do it.

So last time I gave this place a one star. I'm updating it to three for the staff.  They have been responsive to my complaints.  I wished that it was fixed before I moved in but it wasn't.  The good news is that I have a somewhat new stove and a brand new washer/dryer combo that a bit bigger than the older ones.  The bugs are going away.  The Orkin guy have been at my place twice.  The previous tenant must have been a slob.  The counter tops have been sprayed and looks better.
