• For subsidized apartments, rent is based on income.
• Residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross monthly income for rent.
• Section 8 Certificates and Vouchers may not be used.
• Applications are accepted in person at 1000 East Liberty Street, Monday-Friday from 8:15 am until 3:45 pm.
• Applicants should bring with them picture IDs, birth certificates, and social security cards for all those who will reside in the apartment.

Brandeis Apartments are located in the California neighborhood in the renovated Brandeis Elementary School. They are located within walking distance of Victory Park. This park has basketball courts, a spray pool and a playground. There is a playground on site at Brandeis as well. Residents have access to a youth learning center on site.
