As a corporate housing provider, I ve worked with many, many apartment communites in California. Honestly the staff at AVA Little Tokyo are some of the most professional and accomodating associates I ve encountered in years. My experience is with Tri, Ashley, and Aaron. You are definitely in good hands with them. I was impressed with their patience, ability to answer questions quickly, and attention to detail.

Apartments/Amenities: 5-Star

The apartments themselves are beautifully designed with clean lines and colorful accents throughout. Some of the apartments even have a gear wall where you can hang your bike. You truly get a sense of a brand new, ultramodern community rising from it s infancy. Exciting times in Little Tokyo (thumbsup!).

Fantastic amenities include a beautiful on-site 24 hour gym, pools + jacuzzis, bbq area, rooftop lounge, even a room to wash your pets (so cool!). AVA is very pet friendly.

Overall: Highly Recommended

If you re looking for an apartment in Little Tokyo or Downtown LA, then you owe it to yourself to tour AVA. And make sure to let them know Mark from HMP sent you :)
