After numerous visits to Paris, Robyn turned her back on hotel room service, non-stop tipping and the chatter of tourists and delved into the world of Paris vacation apartment rentals. I was scared but curious about renting a Paris vacation apartment, and outside of a few articles, I had nowhere and no one to turn to for advice. I really wrote this book for me and I am so pleased to share it with other Parisophiles! Robyn grew-up in the hotel business, literally; both her parents worked for a legendary New York hotel and her family lived on-site. Fine food, celebrities and bell stand were all part of her daily life. “Hotels have always been a home away from home for me. so I was surprised how much I loved renting a vacation apartment,” she admits.
