This was the first place I moved into when I relocated to the Bay Area. I lived here from May 2014 to May 2015. Overall, it was a good place to live in a central location near downtown, Caltrain, and Central Expressway. The staff is very friendly and maintenance requests were taken care of super fast. The pool area is nice; I never used the pool but the spa is always heated and I love the ivy around the terraces.

Now for the criticism. The apartments are not particularly luxurious. The carpet is pretty worn in, and I generally get a low quality feel from the construction of the apartment. These are not the most expensive apartments in the area, so that is to be expected. The worst part was the obnoxiously high frequency of silverfish on the walls and floors. I am looking to relocate to Northern NJ while commuting back and forth to work in NYC. My first choice is North Brunswick due to the beautiful townhome communities I have seen as I am very interested in buying a home there.
