I had a great move-in experience. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The apartment has a nice layout and lots of storage space.

I have been living here for some time now and I can tell you this, i have never had such a bad experience with any other entity in US like this one. Staff horrible, no sense of urgency, no sense of customer service, they lie about everything.

The utility bill is almost $100 and they will never tell u at the time of signing up.

There have been incidents of theft and people trying  to breakin through patio and cops came in etc. The apartment people never inform the residents trying to save their reputation and we are one of the victims, we lost few jewellery and cash from our apartment.

My recommendation is that you will be better off living into few near by newer apartment and pay more and have peace of mind and have better value for your $$.
