Bedbugs. Bass and Bad Neighbors

This place is a load of nightmares. Horrible people live here. They are loud all day and night, Random people sit on the stairs all day .

People's children run around wild all day screaming, throwing rocks, hanging out in unlocked apartments (vacant)  I have been harrassed multiple times by random men here. The office staff are unhelpful, the security guard does not show up to calls. The apartments are infested with bedbugs and roaches everywhere. They have random inspections and will come into your house without 24 hour notice. They will leave your door unlocked so you come home to that. fun times.

This area is full of crime. Don't be fooled by the price/apt size it is just not worth the trouble.

Other people will come on your porch because everyone has access to it. People will steal anything you put out there.

Their renovation was a total joke please see my pictures for reference. Avoid this place it is horrible.

Carpet they ripped from someones apt. It sat in the playground for weeks like that. it even got rained on. Gross
