"I am always so impressed with your maintenance men. In fact when my water-heater recently had a leak Bob had to move my washer to get to it. Underneath the washer was obviously very dirty. He went out of his way, with out being asked, to clean the entire floor before putting the washer back. Outstanding"

"I enjoyed eight years at Stonegate with only a single one-year experience of a rowdy, noisy neighbor upstairs. Otherwise, neighbors were courteous and quiet. The staff is fabulous, common areas well-maintained, maintenance excellent, pool tennis courts and exercise facility are great. Move-in and move-out were a breeze. I highly recommend."

My family has been here since 2011 & have stayed because we love it …one drawback for us is lack of places for our kids to play (other than across a major street, the tennis court or the parking lot). Never did I think that when I explained my viewpoint to Melissa (the manager) … that she would say “Okay” to me. She went on to explain that once they have competed building in 2015 she has plans to establish a play area and other new things. I just hope they stick with the play area!
