Don't do it, unless you totally enjoy living in a major noise box.  It is just terrible and I get an attitude every time I have to come home.  Never had any rodents or roaches, but the noise level is enough to drive you insane.  Enjoy sex with your partner?  Not here you won't because you'll need to be quiet as a church mouse or else everyone hears you, and knocks on the wall!  And trust me  you don't even have to be loud, the construction here is very, very poor and the walls are thinner than paper, more like that communion wafer you get at mass!

Meanwhile YOU can hear everything, it is like you live in the same unit with your neighbors. When they walk it is like they are in your apartment, that's how terrible the floor boards are. All I hear when I'm home is squeak, squeak, creak because certain people like to place the floors all night, why I don't know, the place is not a mansion, what could you possibly be walking back and forth for.

Parking is terrible with ignorant people waiting to see when you leave so they can take your space if you happened to luck up on a decent spot, then they leave their car there for days.  Kids run and play in the halls and every first of the month people "turn up" and then expect you to be silent the rest of the month cause they're bored.  GTFOH! Also, I wouldn't say it's the safest, since the buildings do not have controlled access.

That's okay, I have a plan, and I'm working that plan, and I will be so happy to get out! I never had any issues with management however, mainly because I don't have the need to go in there; but my encounters with them have been pleasant for the most part.
