The History of Village Green-by Carol Hoffmann

Around 1972, Village Green began as a 9-hole golf course that lined Town Hall Road with new one and two bedroom apartments and two buildings which included 6 three bedroom townhomes each. The golf course also included what is now the Kiwanis park located at the corner of Town Hall Road and Menomonee Avenue. Years later the beautiful 10 + acre golf course was abandoned. Afterwards, 56 townhomes and additional apartments were added to the property.

Today Village Green is a vibrant and friendly rental community. Numerous families and people of diverse backgrounds together enjoy 10 acres of beautiful lawn, trees, plantings and more.

Hoffmann Management continues to upgrade this beautiful, mature property. Some of the upgrades include hardwood laminate flooring,new cabinetry in kitchens bathrooms. Exterior upgrades include new landscaping around the entire property.

With energy savings in mind new energy efficient furnaces and central air units were also recently installed in all townhouses. Our residents continue to rave about the energy cost savings they are seeing on their utility bills as a result.

Our apartment residents, however, don t have to worry too much about energy bills in the winter since radiant heat, hot water and cooking gas are all included in their rent.

We are a safe and diverse community located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, 53051. We have 150 units, 82 units are apartments- one bedroom, one bedroom with den, two bedroom- small, two bedroom large and town homes.

We have 68 town homes at our property.
