Hi. This might be the most modest kitchen remodel you've ever seen. ) We have a very small, very awkwardly-shaped kitchen in a 1930 house. It's really a tiny kitchen plus a breakfast room. This will be a galley kitchen with work triangle on one wall.

We have worked and re-worked the layout a million times and (I THINK) we are down to the last detail: fridge size. The small one gives us just a few more inches of counter space, more base cabinet space, and it might fit the scale of the room better (?). We are a family of four but we don't cook much so I think we could manage with the smaller fridge.

Is it possible to get business credit cards in the company name, and then add employee names and the company will be the responsible party for payment in full each month? #We throw around words and terms like REO, Option ARM, fixture, encumbrance, and short sale like everyone knows what those terms mean.

I'll post this in the classifieds as well, but I think the forum gets more readership. When I came here, I rented a place in Centro Historico for two months as a temporary landing spot. One month is gone, so I need to get serious about looking.

I want a two-bedroom place (three br is OK), one or two bath. It must be furnished and have at least a refrigerator and stove/oven. A washer would be nice, but I can probably find a laundry somewhere. A dryer would be heaven, but if there's a place to hang clothes, I'm OK with that.

Either Centro or Norte is OK. Of course, I want to be near shopping, and I'd like to have a park of some kind nearby (I enjoy running and biking).

My tentative budget is between $400-$600, and of course I'd like to be on the lower end of that range, but I'm realistic and I'm willing to pay more to get more. $700 or so is probably as high as I'm willing to go, and a place would have to be pretty spectac ... Read more »
