Rayzor’s Ranch: Sitting on 400 acres of property, Rayzor’s Ranch is Denton’s take on the classic American neighborhood. Medical offices, a marketplace, and a town center coexist with apartments, villages, cottages, and brownstones to make up a virtual city inside of a city (insert Inception joke here). Because it is located on corners of the southeast I-35 and U.S. 380, the Ranch offers an easy commute into Dallas for work or weekend trips.

Lake Dallas/Hickory Creek: This area offers a ton of single-family homes (three to four bedrooms) and newer, luxury apartments. If driving through the area isn’t enough to convince you, perhaps the apartment amenities will be.
