Wait List

All wait list estimates are approximate. Student Apartments cannot guarantee apartment availability.

In order to be placed on the waiting list you must submit an application and pay the application fee.

Student Families

Single Students

If you are a single GRADUATE student and would like to live in a Village apartment by yourself (roommates are not allowed) please submit a Single Student Application and in the Comments Section of the application write in that you would like to be considered for a Village apartment. Waiting list varies considerably since single graduate students are only offered Village apartments after all student families have been accommodated.

Staff/Faculty

Ft Douglas Housing: 12 month or longer wait

If you are a full time benefited staff/faculty and would like to live in a Village apartment (roommates are not allowed) please submit a Staff/Faculty application and in the Comments Section of the application write in that you would like to be considered for a Village apartment. Waiting list time varies considerably since Faculty/Staff are only offered Village apartments after all students have been accommodated. Staff/faculty are allowed to live in Village apartments for a maximum of 2 years only.

Apartments Currently Available for Student Families

Submit an application and indicate in the "Comments" section the apartment number you are interested in renting. However, since the list of available apartments changes so quickly we cannot guarantee availability.
