Having lived in Edinburgh city centre for over 30 years, John the proprietor is an excellent source of local knowledge and will cheerily provide recommendations for any touring or sightseeing pursuits you might have in mind, either in the majestic capital or in Scotland beyond. He can trace back strong roots in the area and indeed in bygone years his grandmother ran a dairy shop in the Cannongate on Edinburgh's world-famous Royal Mile!

If you'd rather unwind and relax than take on the crowds of the historic city centre, then our apartments on leafy Regent Terrace and Calton Hill offer the opportunity to do just that. Our sumptuous Dunstaffnage House accommodation takes in splendid views of Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags, while between the trees you will glimpse the spires of the nearby Holyrood Palace at the foot of the Royal Mile! Overlooking the Firth of Forth estuary and the historic monuments atop Calton Hill, our dramatically-set Calton Hill apartment is the perfect romantic retreat, tucked quietly round the corner from Princes Street.
