Nice location, awesome flat (upgraded one)

We've spent several nights in a flat of the same owner nearby - just in one of the newer buildings (got upgraded automatically). Very modern, clean, awesome view. Huge panorama window in the cosy living room area, we loved it. Location is very fine - restaurants, cafes, supermarket etc. all within 3 min. walking distance. Royal mile is about 10 min. walking distance.

Ideal Apartment fof Edinburgh Stay

This flat was ideal for anyone who wants to visit Edinburgh. The location was excellent - only 20 minutes walk from the Royal Mile, very quiet and a beautiful view of Arthur's Seat/Salisbury Crags. It is clean and has all the amenities to make it a very enjoyable stay. Particularly handy was the all-in-one washer/dryer for laundry which meant we didn't have to pack as many clothes or take a lot of dirty laundry back home. Although some of the appliances work differently than we are used to in North America, there were lots of instructions available for everything, so it was easy to figure out. Also convenient was the extensive collection of tourist brochures and books about the area. The whole process for booking and refunding the damage deposit was efficient and easy. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend this flat for anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Excellent flat and great location

Me and my wife stayed in this flat for almost 3 months and our stay was fantastic. The flat is in good locality. All the amenities are provided and are in good working condition. The caretaker of the flat is very good natured and helpful. The apartment is indeed better than what is shown in the pictures. We would love to stay in the same apartment if we get a chance to visit Edinburgh once again.
