the Flat was very good. It place was close to shops and other tourist attractions. the place was also convenient and had a wonderful time living in the flat. Thank you and more power to Edinburgh-Flats.

Very good location

We arrived at apartment at 12.30pm - met by Mrs Holden who informed us apartment not quite ready, having been on the train for 3hrs,decided it was time for lunch, we returned at 2.30pm apartment still not quite ready. It was quite cold in the apartment but Mrs Holden assured us that the heating would come on later. Also asked about the internet, told just to follow instructions in the welcome book and all would be fine. Rang Mrs Holden the following day (Saturday) as the heating never came on nor could be get onto the internet. Mrs Holden came round whilst we were out and left a message that she had no trouble connecting to the internet with ipad and mobile phone. So we had no heating, no connection to the internet and nowhere to dry three Large bath towels, Rang Mrs Holden again asking her to pop round but the reply by text was - and I quote 'she had been able to get onto the wifi. as for the heating there was an instruction folder in the flat'.So we spent 5days without heating and no wifi. Need less to say we were not happy with the service. Apartment was lovely, good position etc. Enjoyed Edinburgh. The service was very disappointing.

Very good flat

Very pleased with the flat. It was very clean and had milk, tea etc for us. Very good location. Would recommend. Comments are to be helpful - not a criticism. DVD remote not working, maybe batteries. Door keys difficult to use.
